FM2016_TFF DEVASTATOR战术包V9[适用于16.2]

　　来自国外的战术包继续更新，以前的V6、V7、v8战术版本都很不错，攻守表现都很出色，现在作者针对16.2再次更新V9。

特别注意：

ML should be right footed.

MR should be left footed or have "Fairly Strong/Strong" rating for the left foot.

Opposition Instructions are very important so make sure you set them as recommend!
