When leading and I want to be a bit more careful at the back I usually do the following:

如果领先:
1) Remove/去掉  play out of defense
2) Set/设置 work ball into the box 
3) Change/改变 close down much more to close down more

使用说明：
1、下载解压，把战术文件放到：我的文档\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\tactics里
2、进游戏后导入即可
