FM2014队名真实化和修正德国灰人补丁

FM2014存在一些小问题，假名的队名是因为没有授权的问题，而德国队灰人则是Bug，这个补丁就是用来修正这两个问题的。

使用说明：

1：删除下面路径的dbc, edt and lnc文件夹

PC：Program Files \ Steam \ SteamApps \ common \ football manager 2014 \ data \ db \ 1400 

Mac：USERNAME \ Library \ Application Support \ Steam \ SteamApps \ Common \ Football Manager 2014 \ Data \ db \ 1400

Linux：/home/user/.local/share/Steam/SteamApps/common/Football Manager 2014/data/db/1400/

2：下载并解压本资源后，把文件夹里面的dbc, edt and lnc放到步骤1的文件夹里

3：在Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2014里面创建editor data文件夹

4：把附件里面editor data files 里面的三个文件放到步骤4新创建的文件夹里面
