FM2017_Rayuk08转会更新数据库[更新至7.16]

　　国外玩家Rayuk08制作的一款FM2017转会更新补丁，更新至7月16日，包括世界各地所有转会和教练的更新，英国联赛的升降级更新等。

具体内容：
Transfers & managers up to date all around the world.
I will try to keep it as realistic and up to date as possible. Every time there is a transfer or a manager change, I will update them.
I have changed the EFC Cup name to the new name Carabao Cup all English promoted and relegated so it's the 2017/2018 season all up until 28 June 2017.

1、下载解压，把Sports Interactive文件夹放到我的文档里覆盖；
2、开始游戏，选择数据库的时候加上勾即可
